06 January 2010: The 2010 U20 and Senior British Trials have been cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. More information here
01 January 2010: Firstly, Happy New Year. Unfortunately, with a new year comes new rules and, as widely suspected, the IJF have introduced new rules which come into effect from today. New rules here. In addition, the IJF have released 60 YouTube videos to further demonstrate the changes. These can be found here.
